Blessing ceremony NGRUWAK before the land preparation works start
Land preparation works progressing well and on schedule. Team is marking villa locations, clearing bushes and building access road.
Soil excavation and limestone fill-up progressing well, with overall land preparation works being completed at 40%.
It’s been a busy month – we’ve completed the first floor beams on both Villas and have dug bore piles and pools.
Construction team has set up additional housing for workers so we can continuously build multiple units.
In parallel, working on material selection for walls and flooring.
We are still working every day and the construction is very busy, we have already finished the first floor of Villa Somnia II and we are finishing the first floor of Villa I
After a longer time we announce that we have both floors of both villas finished, in villa I we are starting to build the wall of the second floor, villa II has already finished the masonry.
Construction is progressing according to plan. All structural work is complete and we are now prioritizing interior work and electrical wiring.
Work on the building continues, the floor, the stone lining of the exterior wall are being made, and the landscaping is in progress.
Renovation of the pool and finishing of the stairs, painting of the facade, renovation of the kitchen unit for appliances and renovation of the floor are in progress
About 3 months left to complete, there is still a lot of work ahead of us, but we are working in large numbers every day. General improvements, landscaping, walls, floors, etc. Next update soon..
